Abstract本发明揭示了一种手性传感器及其制法。该手性传感器包括微悬臂梁结构,以及通过共价或非共价的方法单侧修饰在微悬臂梁的变形梁上的用于识别D型和L型手性分子的手性化合物。传感器置于含有待检测手性分子的空气中,随着手性分子吸附在悬臂梁上产生的质量变化,微悬臂梁发生静态弯曲或者频率变化,从而检测空气中存在的D型和L型手性分子。该手性传感器的应用,大大提高了检测手性分子的简便易行性,同时传感器本身的制作成本低廉,适于规模化生产。
