Abstract本发明涉及一种微纳米颗粒增强铝基复合材料及其制备方法。该铝基复合材料以铝或其合金为基体材料,该基体材料中均匀分散主要由微米级碳化硅颗粒和纳米氧化铝颗粒组成,其中纳米氧化铝颗粒是由均匀包裹在碳化硅颗粒表面的纳米氧化铜颗粒与基体合金铝热反应生成,形成微米碳化硅/纳米氧化铝增强铝基复合材料。该铝基复合材料的制备方法为:取微米级的碳化硅粉末与可溶性铜盐在碱性溶液中反应,经过滤、烘焙、研磨,制得碳化硅/氧化铜复合粉体,再将该复合粉体与铝熔体铝热反应后铸造成型,得到目标产物。本发明实现了多尺度、多种类颗粒对基体的复合增强,获得的铝基复合材料具有高强度、高耐磨性等优点,其抗弯强度和布氏硬度较常规铝合金分别提高了50%和73%以上,而摩擦系数降低了25%以上。
